our driving Force
Aaron Persico is the driving force behind the Dubai Broncos, where he serves as a catalyst for grassroots rugby development.
A former international rugby star, Aaron represented Italy 56 times on the global stage, including at the 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cup. After successfully establishing the Abu Dhabi Small Blacks (partnership with the NZ Rugby Union), he is now bringing those years of elite development insights to elevate the Dubai Broncos' training programs.
Driven by the core belief that sports should be inclusive, Aaron has revolutionized the local club model with an affordable monthly payment structure, ensuring world-class rugby development is accessible to all families in Dubai.
